An initial deposit is required to begin the design process and secure a tattoo appointment.
​
To reschedule or modify an appointment, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required. Changes made within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
​
Arriving more than 15-20 minutes late may lead to the cancellation of the appointment and loss of the deposit.
​
Deposits are non-refundable.
​
While we strive to be as flexible as possible, these policies are enforced as needed to ensure the success of our business.
